This includes following up on inbound leads, prospecting, qualifying, solution selling, negotiation and closing. You will focus primarily on companies in the UK, Ireland and Nordic region with 1-1000 employees that can benefit from remote collaboration tools for meetings, presentations, support and training. Furthermore, you will also work with our existing customer base on account expansion and retention activities. Your principal responsibilities include:• Timely follow up and qualify new prospects from inbound leads and customer enquiries• Prospect, educate, develop new prospects, and complete the sales cycle from the initial call to closing• Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest and obtain business requirements• Manage and maintain accurate leads, opportunities and account information• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets |
